The Resourced Mother is a space where you get to be held too.
Motherhood can be beautiful, profound and deeply connective — but it can also feel overwhelming, emotionally demanding and incredibly consuming.
Somewhere amongst the feeding, holding, tending, carrying and constant giving, many mothers quietly lose connection to themselves.
The Resourced Mother is an intimate online space to soften, reconnect and return back to centre.
A space to pour back into yourself, to reflect, to be supported in community, and to nurture the foundations beneath you whilst moving through motherhood.
Over the 8 weeks, we will explore themes of:
Safety & grounding
Identity & selfhood within motherhood
Nourishment & emotional capacity
Shame, guilt & maternal pressure
Boundaries & depletion
Returning to the body
Nervous system restoration
Inner steadiness & self-trust
Through embodiment practices, guided reflection, teaching, conversation and community, this container gently supports mothers back towards themselves.
This is deep and honest work - held softly.

I created The Resourced Mother because I know how easy it is for mothers to become emotionally stretched, disconnected from themselves and unsupported whilst holding so much for everyone else.
My work has always centred around embodiment, nervous system support, motherhood, emotional wellbeing and creating spaces where women can soften, exhale and reconnect to themselves more deeply.
As a mother myself, I’m deeply interested in how we move through motherhood with more steadiness, awareness, honesty and support — whilst still tending to the woman underneath the constant demands of caregiving.
