Soul Intent
A weekend of Yoga, Reflection & Alignment
Soul Intent is an intimate residential retreat for those wanting to slow down, reconnect, and realign with themselves.
This weekend is a space of rhythm and ritual — where yoga, philosophy, self-reflection, and community come together to support genuine inner shifts.
Through embodied practice, values work, visioning, and shared enquiry, Soul Intent offers a grounded container to return to yourself and explore what wants to move, soften, or change — both within and in life.
Embodied Practice
Daily Jivamukti yoga and evening Yin to awaken, restore and integrate the body.
Insight & Reflection
Yoga Philosophy, Satsang, journalling and self-enquiry woven gently throughout the weekend
Community & Connection
A heartfelt group space for mentorship, conversation and shared presence
Yoga & Embodiment
Each day includes:
Morning Jivamukti Yoga
A dynamic vinyasa practice rooted in traditional lineage, philosophy, and devotional teachings. Practices are approximately two hours and invite strength, inquiry, and embodied awareness.
Evening Yin Yoga
Long, nourishing sessions (75–90 minutes) to soften the body, regulate the nervous system, and allow the day to settle.
Yoga philosophy is woven into practice and conversation — not as lectures, but as lived wisdom and reflective enquiry
Reflection, Values & Alignment
Alongside movement, the weekend includes:
• Guided values work to explore what truly matter to you
• Visioning and visualisation workshops to clarify direction and intention
• Journaling prompts and reflective exercises
• Satsang — shared enquiry and conversation rooted in yoga philosophy
• Optional sharing circles and mentorship-style dialogue
These sessions are spacious and invitational, offering depth without pressure.
