Yoga has always been at the heart of what I offer.
My classes and trainings aren’t just about moving through postures – they are spaces to come home to yourself. A place to breathe, to connect, to remember what is already within you. Whether you step into a weekly class, a workshop, or a longer training, the practice becomes a doorway into deeper presence, resilience, and belonging.
Alongside the movement and philosophy, these offerings are held with care. They are not simply classes to attend, but circles to be part of – spaces where you can be supported, witnessed, and gently held as you explore your own journey.
Spiritual Warrior
Wednesdays at 4pm

A one-hour, well-rounded flow that weaves together breath, movement, meditation, and rest.
The sequence is always the same, offering a grounding rhythm that helps you build strength, flexibility, and inner focus over time.

Lunar Yin Reset
Monthly with the new moon
Online, Zoom, from my home to yours
Once a month, when the moon is new and a cycle begins again, we gather online for a nourishing Yin practice. These sessions are a chance to pause, soften, and reconnect — with yourself, your body, and the cycles that hold us.
The practice invites deep rest, long-held postures, and gentle guidance woven with lunar themes. Whether you come to set intentions with the New Moon, these classes are a ritual of stillness, reflection, and feminine renewal
The Mothers Village
Monthly, Sundays 2.30-4.30pm
Space at the Mill, Manchester
A monthly gathering for women in the journey of mothering — whether you are pregnant, newly postpartum, or many years into motherhood.
Together we reimagine the village in modern life, through yoga, somatics, breath, meditation, and sharing circles.
Each month we explore a theme, weaving practice with conversation so you leave both nourished in your body and supported in community. This is your space to be held, to connect, and to remember you are not alone.
