Maiden to Mother is a guided 4-week journey through the inner and outer landscapes of pregnancy — a sacred preparation for birth and the early postpartum season.
It weaves together education, embodiment, and community to support women in navigating one of life’s greatest thresholds with awareness, softness, and strength.

This is not a birth course or a checklist.
It’s a remembering.
A space to slow down, listen, and be witnessed in the transformation that is already unfolding within you.
Through live online sessions, guided visualisations, practical tools, and honest conversation, you’ll explore the profound shift of matrescence — the evolution of identity, body, mind, and spirit as you move from maiden to mother.

Each session honours both the physical and psychological stages of pregnancy and postpartum, yet every theme is universal — relevant whether you are newly pregnant, nearing birth, or preparing for your fourth trimester.

For whatever season of hour pregnancy you are in

Each week we meet online in circle — a blend of education, conversation, embodiment, and reflection.
Sessions last 90 minutes and include guided practices, visualisations, and time for sharing and integration.

You’ll also receive weekly journaling prompts, embodiment practices, and optional resources (recordings, audios, and notes) to deepen your exploration in your own time.

Week 1 — The Call: Descent & Surrender

Exploring the early initiation of pregnancy and the art of letting go.
We’ll dive into the psychology of matrescence, the nervous system in change, and grounding practices for safety and trust.
Focus: Surrender, identity, creating your “altar of becoming.”

Week 2 — Expansion: Growth & Trust

Cultivating connection with your body and baby.
Understanding the physical and emotional expansion of pregnancy while learning how to resource yourself.
Focus: Embodied anatomy, nervous system regulation, heart–womb connection, nourishment rituals.

Week 3 — Preparation: Descent to the Threshold

Preparing for the sacred unknown of birth.
We’ll explore surrender, intuition, and the physiology of labour as a spiritual and physical initiation.
Focus: Birth as ceremony, releasing control, sound, breath, and nervous system readiness.

Week 4 — Integration: The Fourth Trimester & Rebirth

Honouring the postpartum journey and the mother you are becoming.
We’ll explore what it means to rest, recover, and receive support.
Focus: Healing, redefining identity, building your village, closing ceremony and reflection.
